that you are trying to display is not really a list. So a
string of anchor links in a paragraph or span would work the best.
I know that not everyone would agree with me here but this is just my
opinion.

that wraps everything and give it specific height and width properties.
After that you would add "overflow: auto" to the div that is holding
your content to give it a vertical scrollbar.
