Hello fellow members of the web standards group: I'm a faculty member at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio in the US.
My colleague, Sanda Katila, and I are conducting research on the extent to which web standards are being adopted into the design and development of web sites, and we would very much appreciate it if you would take the time to complete our survey. By doing so, you will help us gain knowledge about the processes and problems associated with adopting web standards into web design and development practices. We can share this knowledge with management, clients and other stakeholders to show them the importance and state-of-the-art of web standards adoption. In addition, we can administer this survey on an annual basis to compare with prior results to measure the changes in web standards adoption. We are really excited to find out what people are doing.
