The difference between a strict and a transitionl DTD (eg HTML4.01
Strict and HTML4.01 Transitional) is that the strict DTD has
depreciated elements and attributes removed..
Extensible HTML version 1.0 Transitional DTD -
This is the same as HTML 4 Transitional except for changes due to the
differences between XML and SGML.
