[WSG] parse error fixed

Thanks Dejan and Lachlan. 

The body changes allowed the page to validate. 

IE is not displaying the main heading but Mozilla and Opera are. I
guess I can just leave it.

Adding:
h1 {position: relative;}
...will take care of that IE bug.
