It worked fine for me with firefox prior to posting but I just tried it with IE6
and the rest of the page is indeed slow to build.

The validator doesn't like the  tag as it's not in the XHTML
DOCTYPE. Similar problems occur with Flash and there has been a lot of
discussion of Flash and XHTML on various forums, including Evolt [1]
and WSG (most recently in October!)

Advice seems to be to either validate using the HTML4 DOCTYPE and keep
 or maybe adapt Flash Satay [2] for Quicktime?
