well.
have made changes, and fixed other issues, like the wording of say the
contact page, and also fixed spelling mistakes, and like initial
capitals on the occupational health and safety page which some one else
pointed out.
so just have uploaded the other pages.
so take a look at:

It's look a very basic html... make it some interactive... add some color
for the link, title, hover-active effects... some background colors.. which
make your site little bit live...
Right now it's look dead site. :)
