It seem g4wjs-hamlib is missing yaesu/ft857.c from the yaesu/Makefile.am
But there is ft8x7.c which isn't in the hamlib-code repository.
So why the disconnect?

I'm testing 5789 with JT4G at the moment, decoding DL0SHF EME beacon fine
(with a 76cm dish).
On closing the program and restarting, the band resets to 28MHz not 10368.
Reselecting band 10368 gives dial freq 10368.000, not last used.

I've been asked a number of questions about fundamentals concerning
the new "Fast JT9" submodes in WSJT-X. This seems like a good time to
review the basics of *all* WSJT modes, including their particular
strengths, limitations, optimum propagation types, etc.
A useful comparison among al
