I've had this issue in the past (not currently happening) and switching
codecs has worked.

Primarily as an exercise for myself, I converted the hashcodes.f90 utility
to python. I'll (eventually) publish to github and I'd like to provide a
link to the original source, but I can no longer find where I downloaded it
from. Can someone please give me a link to that?
Thanks.
73,
JTAlert (https://hamapps.com/) is an add-on for WSJT-X that does that. It's
also got a ton of other useful features.

Just hitting enter on the box enables TX if there are messages in the generated
messages.
If you just click somewhere else instead of hitting Enter it works OK.
And this only happens on Hound mode.

I'm running 2.6.0-rc3 under Windows 10 21H1 build 19043.1889 and have
noticed the following behavior:
Start with Enable Tx turned off (grey, not red).
Click on the "H" button to enable Hound mode.
Click on the band dropdown, and manually enter a frequency (e.g., 14.088),
hit enter
Enable Tx

I can't duplicate that problem here -- presumably your Hound frequencies were
done in a earlier version?
Have you tried resetting the frequencies
Anyone?

I'm running 2.6.0-rc2 under Windows 10 21H1 Build 19043.1826. I'm having an
issue where if I switch to a configuration that has Hound mode enabled (via
the new buttons), I can't select anything from the band mode dropdown until
I select another mode (from the new buttons), at which point it works
I don’t know how much this helps, but one thing I’ve done is to sign up a
(free) Virus Total account. It allows you to weigh in on the community score.
