I noticed a small typo in the INSTALL file (wsjt-x 2.2.2 release).

In the section that describes the prerequisite tools for building from
the source code, I suspect the package "libqt5libserialport5-dev" should
read "libqt5serialport5-dev". (The later is a package in Debian Stretch,
the former is not...)

All good otherwise, it built fine on a stock Debian Stretch/9.13 system.
