There is a later WSPR 4 version that I have used successfully. It is a
beta, I believe, but works just fine in my situation on XP using
PowerSDR and CAT control (rig TS-2000 is what I used). Needed VAC and
VspMgr for virtual serial.

Running Xubuntu 14.04 64bit using wsjtx_1.4.0-rc2_amd64.deb. Trying to
use CAT net rigctl to QtRadio (localhost:19090). Get a consistent error
of Hamlib Error: communication timed out while getting split TX vfo.
