... which you can use [in the same sense than any other mode] with wsjt-x providing your hamlib driver implements it. The only thing that really changes (and I'm not that sure about it) is that RX can be anywhere in the scope. The actual split implmementation here may not be equated to the conventions of CW split operation, but leaving the gory details apart, XIT is basically the same.
