I'm not so skilled to reply you giving all the details as your case
requires but this issues could be related to hamlib version.
Try to follow my WSJT-X building example because it download and compile
a specific hamlib which should works correctly for every setup.

I'm able to compile the WSJT-X source 2.1.2 by running the following
