Hello and apologies to use this mailing list to ask an off-topic, but I think 
that probably someone among the many hams here, could provide me some 
suggestions to attempt a solution.

The problem is that, after last usage of my pretty old YAESU FT-100, using 
malfunctioning switching power supply (unstable output voltage) during some QSO 
on FT8, I noticed that now my rig is transmitting with just half of its nominal 
power: 50W instead of 100W.

The good news, at least for my understanding, is that this issue occurs only on 
some HF bands and not on all of these. For example on 20 and 17 meters, the 
output power is the expected.

I suspect that a possible section to be verified could be the low pass filter, 
between the PA and the output antenna connector.

I would be very grateful to receive some technical opinion regarding this 
matter.
