Hi During the recent Nevada QSO Party we noticed that changing the FD to NV would not stick like it had in past years. Any change in Frequency would cause the msg 6 CQ back to FD. With several states now using the FD contest overlay for their State QSO Parties, It would be nice to allow making the state abbreviation sticky again. Our encoding of the counties and countylines worked perfectly. It would also be helpful to add G and H to the precedence reports allowed since the bits are already allocated so that the full 256 possibilities are available. 73 Jim W6US
