I have done same findings with latest Hamlib (Hamlib 4.6~git
2024-10-04T03:23:46Z SHA=07e490 64-bit) and latest wsjtx-improved.
I have Cqrlog and wsjt-x accessing same rigctld that is started with scirpt.
/usr/local/bin/rigctld -m 3073 -r /dev/icom7300 -t 4532 -s 19200 -C
auto_power=
That looks like you have something else talking to the rig besides WSJT-X.
You're getting answers from different commands.
What version of Hamlib do you have?
rigctl --version
