WSJT-X v1.9.0-rc4 r8658 - Windows 10

Not sure if this is by design or omission in FT8 hound mode:

The WD:#m indicator is not properly displaying the remaining time in the
hard-coded 2 minute hound transmit period. Instead, it starts at whatever
timeout value the user has set for FT8, then counts down for two minutes.
At the end of the hard-coded 2 minute period, Enable Tx is turned off for no
apparent reason (unless you have carefully read and understand what is
written in the manual, of course), with the WD:#m indicator still showing
some non-zero time, and without displaying the red watchdog timeout message
at the lower left corner of the window which appears in 'normal FT8' and
other modes when a watchdog timeout occurs.

Also not sure if this is by design or omission in FT8 'normal' mode:

When I enable TX, the WD:#m display gets set to the watchdog timer limit I
configured. If I then Halt TX, WSJT-X stops transmitting, but the watchdog
timer display continues to count down to zero. Doesn't hurt anything, but
it seems like it shouldn't be counting down unless Enable TX is active.
