On hamlib you can just do a "git pull" to see if there any updates. They don't
happen very often.So if it's up-to-date no rebuild is needed.

To test, do another JTSDK update, close / re-open JTSDK-MSYS, and try to
build Hamlib3 again.

Hi Jay,
The problem was an issue in one of the updates I had made. It has been
corrected and you should be able to update JTSDK to correct it.
To Update:
Got Start > Programs > JTSDK > Tools > Maintenance
At the
