Dan, AFAIK, the wsjtx_status.txt file is created every time wsjt-x is started, and is deleted every time wsjt-x is closed. If it is disappearing while wsjt-x is running, it might well be some other program is deleting it. The same is true for the entire subfolder. Stop any other running progr
