Did you click "OK" after clicking "Disable"? The reason I ask is that
the "Disable" box in your picture is not checked.

For clarity: I am trying to set it to the UNCHECKED function.
Checked or unchecked, it is still the same: “Enable Tx” is OFF when a QSO is
complete.
