The recent addition of the devel/rc warning is interfering with JTAlert docking
to the window...and also pops up the JTAlert warning about not communicating
with WSJT-X if you don't click on it fast enough.
Should it perhaps be done like the splash screen?

going over the manual found a few missing entries and some other updates
you probably know about :)
1. there's nothing listed about the new 'Op call' entry on the
Reporting tab in the User Guide, and the pic shown of that settings page
does not show this added setting.
