and precision/accuracy of answers are required.
We have an IC-7850 (same as IC7851) that is connected into a MicroKeyer II that
we cannot stimulate Tx-output-signal with… (though the Tx is triggering n the
WSJT-X 2.0 rc3 Win10
For what it's worth, I received this false decode long after my CQ DX
timed out.

I am puzzled. I am running rc3 on a MacBook Pro with 10.13.6. I have tried
changing the size of the two windows and their location on the screen, then
quitting WSJT-X and restarting the code and I find the windows exactly where I
left them without any alteration of size.

One annoying item in rc3 that I hope will be addressed in the next version is
there is no memory for user windows size setting. On each restart the two
window revert to some default location rather than where set by the user.
