For the most part all but one of your "no good" involve the Sound Blaster on an Input channel. So two suggestions. #1 Put a choke on the audio lines for all your sound lines into the Sound Blaster.  Possible RFI into the computer might be locking up the card.#2 Replace the Sound Blaster with
