Why don't we just change the offset to 0 for 60M?Any reason NOT to do that?
Patch for it here...don't know what your opinion of static vars is but this
keeps all the relevant code in one place. Since we're not (and will likely
never) thread this class should be OK.

Hi Bob,
the default setup for WSJT-X using diual JT9+JT65 mode is to only decode JT9
signals above 2500 Hz DF, this is correct for the core HF bands where JT65
activity predominates up to about 2500 Hz DF above the base JT65 dial
frequency. The reason for the lower limit of decoding on JT9 is that the JT9
decoder does not perform well if JT65 signals are within its passband.
The lower limit of JT9 decoding is adjustable and as you say on 60m where the
available channel is narrow it is essential to adjust it if you want to operate
dual JT9+JT65 mode. Use the "JT65 nnnn JT9" spin box on the lower left of the
waterfall window to set the "nnnn" to a lower value, zero would probably be
good for 60m. The blue line on the upper waterfall frequency scale is visual
indication of where the lower JT9 decoding limit is set.
You also imply that JT9 would be a better choice for a mode on 60m, this is
indeed true given the very limited bandwidth but many users will be using one
of the JT65HF variants which do not support JT9 mode. This means that JT65 will
continue to be used on all HF bands including 60m.
