Had an idea as to how to educate people a bit more in-your-face about the
"proper" exchange sequence.
This patch highlights the messages you should send depending on whether you are
CQ sender or receiver by making them bold.
I put an option on the Configuration page for "Highlight messages" under the
font settings that hopefully explains it well enough.
Also made it default to true so everybody sees it and can just turn it off if
they don't want it.
So this basically duplicates what Tab 2 already does in splitting the
send/receive sides.
