Is there any reason why the WSJT-X "NA VHF Contest" checkbox cannot be
decoupled from the "Enable VHF/UHF/Microwave Features" check box under the
"General" settings tab? One of the most frequent questions asked on contest

As a Rover in the June VHF Contest this weekend, I had nothing but problems
with FT8, and it cost me andothers many QSOs, especially when I operated from a
semi-rare grid. And I was not alone. K5ND has thiswrite up on his blog.

Yes, agree it looks
incorrect, and I noted the forwardslash-instead-of-backslash one
of the previous times I've reported this problem, but was told
that it would be interpreted correctly. Windows does not, so
I'm not sure where that

Rich,
I agree it should be decoupled, but disagree that a button that's used at most

If you have changed band with mouse and selected one from list of
selection box (left midde of main window) cursor stays in frequency
selection box after that.
Then, if you press F4 Dx call is not erased. Instead selector box list
