rr builds going smoothly on win7 and Lubuntu. tnx for getting me over the
hump.

My new homebrew 6M moxon is getting me lots of MSK144 contacts, including
K1JT this morning.  Tons of HF as well w/JT65/9.

Hi Chuck.

The message means that, the checkout-out you have locally matches that 
which resides in the repository. In other words, no updates were 
committed since your last build of Hamlib3.

As for the build mechanics itself, while not necessary in the case 
above, I let the build continue so as to overt any unintentional 
corruption through aborting the build. However, that's up to the 
individual user.

You can just do "svn update" yourself instead of letting JTSDK do it for 
you.That's what I do.  If there are no updates no need to rebuild.
