You want me to revert the site so it contains Oxygen.1a versions of WTP 3.9.1 instead of Oxygen.2 versions of WTP 3.9.2? That seems like a backward change. Meanwhile, this bug was fixed yesterday. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=530724 Could you not update your TP to use WTP 3.9.2

Hmm, unfortunately that breaks anybody that had a target platform generated from versions from .1a as some of the features and bundles that changed in .2 are no longer present. Including me :-) I think it best if you reverted the change. There may be a Hudson/Jenkins job that did the trick in
