Yes, that builder was only ever responsible for the source editing Task
Tag support. Task Tags moved to a builder-less solution a long time ago.

Has this problem persisted? I've been unable to reproduce it. It's
possible that one of the numerous ICompletionProposalExtension* methods is
causing the proposals to be filtered out by the
StructuredContentAssistant, but it's not happening when I try it in plain

This is usually a last resort kind of option, but try shutting down
Eclipse and removing the entire
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.jst.jsp.core directory from under your
workspace. Any cached JSP information would be in there and will
automatically be rebuilt when needed.

breakpoints, the
org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui.internal.debug.EditBreakpointAction class should
work as-is. The current line indicator should paint automatically if
you're not doing anything unusual for your syntax coloring.

Your unmanaged model does not have a base location properly set on it, URI
resolution would always be relative to its location unless the URI was
either absolute or a URL.
