[Wurfpost] EUF Train the Trainer on April 20.- 22. near Heidelberg - Region Central West

Greetings from Southern Germany - welcome to 2018 and your Grass Roots
growth opportunity!

In order to increase the playing Level of Ultimate, especially in the new
emerging countries in the south eastern part of Europe, EUF is starting
an Ultimate Trainer Certification program.

This official EUF certificate can be presented to local authorities to
prove teaching capability and will be the basis to teach others to play
Ultimate.
David Morri (from Italy) will head the session 1 (of two) in Heidelberg on
Friday (starting in the evening) *20. April - Sunday afternoon 22. April
2018*

Guestspeakers / trainers will be;
Hans Krens (from the Netherlands) will hold a workshop on concepts to teach
very young disc sport groups (Under 14).
and
Anrdea (Oddi) Furlan (from Austria) will hold a workshop on the the "Spirit
of the Game".

The concept for the TtT program, "Level One, Sessions 1 and 2" (20 units
each = 40 units or 30 real hours) is to teach the participants of the TtT
"session 1" specific defined concepts and drills (as defined in
the curriculum). The TtT has been created to provide Ultimate loving local
club sport and school trainers/teachers with information, drills
and concepts that can implemented in their own Frisbeesport group in their
home town > Grass Roots development!
The TtT participants will have the opportunity to support the drills and
other Ultimate parts (incl. the hat tournament) at the different Camps
around Europe during the TtT "session 2" and earn their EUF certificate.
The second session is a practical "training" where the TtT participants can
implement what they have learned and communicate with the Camp participants
under the supervision of the more experienced TtT Head Coaches.

Participants will receive the official EUF script and drill booklet, an EUF
Disc and tons of useful information

[Wurfpost] Hamburg Rumble 2018 - Registration is open!

Hamburg's small but high competitive tournament "*Hamburg Rumble (8th
Edition)*" will take place on *21st/22nd of April 2018*.

Devisions:   Open (only)
Team fee:100€
Players fee: 25€

Deadline for registration will be *28th February 2018*.
Teams will be announced shortly after registration has closed. Payment
Deadline will be *16th March 2018*.

Win the tournament and keep the Hamburg Rumble boxing belt for one year!

Sorry for the short notice, but we were fighting for fields for a long time
and didn't want to give up.
However, we only have two Ultimate fields this year.
For this reason we are forced to limit the number to 8 or 10 open teams
only. A big sorry for that.

Woah, what a crowd,

 

This must be the hugest crowd I’ve ever seen. Can we call that a humongous 
crowd? Yea, why not, let’s call it the humongousest crowd ever? You still want 
to be part of that. Well, you know me, I’m not usually one to let people in. 
But today is special.

You’ve heard it all before but just as a reminder:

 

MAGA: Make Affentheater Greatest Again

Wann? 17./18.03. (Anreise am Freitag dringend empfohlen, s. unten)

Wo? Bochum

Was wird geboten? Wir verraten noch nicht alles, aber: 2 Hallen, Ultimate, 
Goaltimate, Spikeball, Beerpong, 2-Stunden-Welcome-Party freitags, großartige 
Überraschungen im Turnierverlauf, Samstagabendparty, free coffee refill und 
noch so viel mehr. Latest update, I’ve heard there will be a bouncy castle.

Was kostet der Spaß? 99 Euro Teamfee, 9 Euro Playersfee

Wen suchen wir? 12 Mixed-Teams mit einer nach oben offenen Partyfähigkeit und 
einem nicht zu brechenden Feierwillen; dass ihr alle zocken könnt, davon gehen 
wir jetzt mal aus; Einzelspieler*innen werden wir bei den hübschesten, 
intelligentesten, witzigsten (hat jemand Bochum gesagt?) und aufnahmewilligsten 
Teams eine vorübergehende Heimat bieten.
