I'm a GNU Translation Manager. For a while, I've been
unsuccessfully trying to contact your team's co-ordinator,
Xie Wensheng. Quite a few Chinese translations have been updated
recently, however, I can't get a response from the committer.

FWIW, wxie has used four different addresses, gmail (registered on
Savannah), hotmail (on his GPG public key uid?), the fsf.member.org
alias to hotmail, and a safe-mail address as the latest: safe-mail.net>. You should try the last one.
