It all seems to install fine, but then the wxAsteroids test gives an error:

   The procedure entry point __gxx_personality_sj0 could not be located in the 
dynamic link library libstdc++6.dll



Does this new packaged install also mean we can get rid of environment 
variables, and their inclusions into Path:

     wxadditions, wxc_version, wxcfg, wxwin,



And trying another simple test also fails:

     can't load .so/.DLL for: 
C:\Users\guthrie\AppData\Roaming\cabal\x86_64-windows-ghc-7.10.2\wxc-0.92.1.1-53Gc4hxGAcnJLA3Em3ODj1\wxc.dll
 (addDLL: could not load DLL)
