Just tested connection from my home (city with ~300 000 people), Ukraine:
1) Cable connection, the cheapest plan I can get here:
Downstream: 24.72 Mbps
Upstream: 24.27 Mbps
Ping: 6 ms
Btw, I can easily get symmetrical 90 Mbps if I need that - just need to
switch plan.
