Hey,Got Xastir 2.04 on the Debian "Jessie" Pocket C.H.I.P. working! I had to go into a root account and manually setup /dev/rfcomm0,/dev/rfcomm1 etc. along with the permissions.  Rebooted and pairedunder the GUI B/T utility in a user account, did a sudo chmod 777 on the portand I was in
