simultaneously with their USB GPS?
Clearly some are, but I am not sure on others.
In my simple configuration, my BU353 is a Serial GPS Interface at /dev/ttyUSB0

Hmm, the above would all happen as shown in the event that entering
'cvs update' effectively did nothing.
What happens if you do the following at the command line in a new

cvs -d:pserver:anonym...@xastir.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xastir login
FWIW, it appears that the problem was due to CVS not updating source. I
downloaded source and built in a different directory and it worked OK.
Of course, that is not how this is supposed to work ideally, but that is

John, I have been meaning to send you an E-mail regarding this, but I just had
not made the time yet.
I noticed the corrupted frames here locally and determined late last week that
they were coming from your station.

Sorry, I know that I had volunteered to help, but I have been kind of
completely swamped.
So if I understand the problem correctly, we are trying to address the
discrepancies in the four rain categories collected by Xastir.
I have noticed that there is often a few hundredths of an inch

Mike, my wx.c is ver 1.78 .
My configuration uses Meteo -MySQL -db2APRS -Xastir, on Debian Squeeze.
I have not seen the data reset at 00:00z again like I did last week. However I
have not always been here at that time to check it.

Good catch Lynn.
If you look at some of the Status and Comment history, something or someone,

We had a couple of Severe Thunderstorm Warnings here today, but no alerts came

Nothing listed at all right now. I was here while some of the warnings were
