For your question 'why there is a difference on the booted image between xnba and pxe???'
As you can see, when using pxe, the client ip is 10.10.2.31 rather than 10.10.2.61. So, you must not run nodeset after switch to pxe.
But we suggest to use xnba for KVM VM booting.

Could you check if firewall and selinux on in your xCAT management node?
xCAT uses HTTP heavily during booting, but if you use firewall and selinux, the HTTP server cannot serve files from /tftpboot .
