[Xcircuit-dev] value/name for a component from generic library

Hello, please, if I use a symbol from the generic library (like a resistor), can I then easily add a value/name to it? Or should I rather redraw it using, say, the analog library? I could not find a simple answer, sorry... Thanks Ruda ___

[Xcircuit-dev] schematic rotated when edit mode is entered

[Xcircuit-dev] compatibility between versions 3.9 and 3.7

Hello, I drew a schematic in version 3.9. It's in sv1.ps. Then I opened it in version 3.7. It looked ok. Then I saved it. It no longer looks ok, see sv2.ps. The labels are different. Is this behaviour expected? Can one safely work with different versions? (On linux I run 3.9, on openBSD it's 3.7
