Thanks, Dave. That's exactly what I'm experiencing. I've managed to downgrade
to b3, but it, too was crashing. I had to switch Simulator devices a couple
times, and reset the simulator, and it finally stopped. Maybe I'll try b4 again.

Well, I seem to be totally screwed now. Xcode 7b4 has two accessory apps that
crash (related to the iOS Simulator): SystemSoundServer-iOS-Simulator and
searchd. The first crashes once. searchd crashes all the time.
I tried to go back to Xcode 7b3, but these seem to run no matter what. Problem
