Hi,
I am still struggling to get the xcp-xapi toolstack running on Ubuntu.
I have tried again with a clean installation of Ubuntu (14.04.1) and xen
from github.
It looks like xcp-xapi is running.
At least, the xe-command gives a response.

The route we're recommending right now is to use
http://github.com/xenserver/buildroot which will create .debs for use in
ubuntu. If you come across any problems, please create issues on the
github page, or post here. You can also pop into #xen-api on freenode
for help.
