list earlier, since it changes common part. Previously the generic one was once
checked in, but then reversed back to ZX specific one. However customer is

This is a patch to boot domU with initrd.
I confirmed domU could boot with initrd.
It is necessary for runninig xm-test that domU support initrd.

The second instruction will not cause a mandatory RSE operation, in my mind,
only br.ret and rfi may cause a mandatory RSE operation.
