Hello!
I'm trying to install XEN/ia64 on my Debian!
So, I'm using Mercurial and downloaded inthe link below:
http://xenbits.xensource.com/ext/xen-ia64-unstable.hg
Now, should I install normally? (as a x86)
Is it a patch? Or should I apply a patch?
I would like some information to complete my
Xen0 and XenU build paths after the first
BuildBy following Kanno's instruction below.-Fred-Original Message-From:

Hi Al Stone! :)
Yes, I need help yet!
So, if you have installed XEN on Debian/ia64... can you tell me any steps ?
Can you paste here your elilo.conf ?
What commands do you use to compile and configure?
Thanks!

If this is a source-only release, try 'make dist'.
The xen works on my pentium, on my xeon, but I don`t know how to install it on my Itanium2 (hp workstation zx2000)
Thanks!

Hi,
I work wtih Xen in Quad IA 64, and may question is under the BVT: Xen
scaling processes between processors or Xen scaling VMs between
processors? For example, I have 4 MV, this MV are load balanced between
the processors or just his processes are distributed?
thanks
Hi!There is a long time that I`m trying to boot xen-ia64 with more that one processor! It boots OK with one processor, but when I set in dom0_max_vcpus more that one it crashs!I`m using Fedora Core 5 ia64 on an HP rx5670
My step-bt-step are here:# make world# make KERNELS=linux-2.6-xen0
Hi !
I would like to know how the virtual machines recognize the number
ofprocessors in the SMP machine? How the virtual machines
visualize ACPIinformations of domain 0?
Thanks!
