I'm surprised we need as much as 256M just to load dom0, but happy
that 2G works now.

16M increments) does not allow for Dom0 to successfully make it
thru init.
If fact, the maples (which only have 512M) give 192M to dom0 by
default.
These are OOM issues with the kernel?
If you cap Linux (without Xen) to these memory limits does Linux
succeed?
lets pick on 192, can you post a complete log?
*sigh* it occurs to me that now that VIO is turned on we basically
have allocated a struct page for every page on the machine in
addition to the normal pages that dom0 will use, this would indeed
have an impact on how much memory Dom0 has.
