I had kernel crashes even without Xen hypervisor:
Without Xen: crash.
Under Xen, 1500M memory: crash
Under Xen, 3000M memory: crash
Under Xen with nomodeset: crash.
So booting up goes about OK, until Fedora tries to start Xorg.
