/recommend is add to Xenomai wiki some information
about using xeno_16550A with some boards (also may be reasonable to add
information for proper 'ioaddr' findings for multiports board).

div-by-zero fix to trunk now and keep the rest as is.
i think 'div-by-zero fix' is enough.
