I am trying to install Xenomai 3 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
I cloned the official Xenomai repository (git://git.xenomai.org/xenomai-3.git)
and I took a look at the official installation guide
(https://xenomai.org/installing-xenomai-3-x/).
Anyway, I did not find the information

x) Mother board: Asus MB X99-A/USB3.1;
x) Graphic card: ASUS STRIX GTX1080 A8G;
Does anyone know if there is some kind of incompatibility between Xenomai
