Hi Mojca, I'm afraid I don't know anything about this; I believe Thanh has been building (from the microtype branch in the xetex repository) on Linux, but I haven't tried this myself yet. I did, however, just succeed in building that branch on a Mac running Snow Leopard, which I remember
