My colleague gave me such advice. Also we checked trace and found that also
/proc should be mounted and we should copy /etc/ld.so.cache (Otherwise
xelatex complaining that he can't open file for reading, but works fine)

- /bin/sh
- /usr/bin/basename - used by xdvipdfmx
- /tmp - prevent segfaults

I'm using xetex 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.2 (TeX Live 2009/Debian and trying to
run xelatex inside chroot jail.
