I could be sane also to check if there exists /proc/resume or
/sys/power/suspend2 (or the equivalents for vanilla kernels), as the hibernate
scripts might exists but user may h

Can't be certain, but here's a random idea. Do you have xfce4-mixer installed,
and are you using ALSA? If so, it's possible that hibernate unloads your sound
modules (or does

I'm runnign this patch from the first moment (duh ^_^) and there were no weird
slice alloc crashes, so I think it's safe. Also tried the netk test
applications, no problems.
