As far as I can tell, this seems to be a RedHat bug. It appears that something on the system deletes crucial XFree86 modules for some unknown reason. I assume your /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libpcidata.a and /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/fonts/libbitmap.a have gone missing? I don't

This appears to be a RedHat problem. You might try searching for libbitmap.a and libpcidata.a on your system. They are supposed to be at /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/fonts/libbitmap.a and /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libpcidata.a and if the server was previously working, then they were at one point. From
