Remove NVIDIA's /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so
and the "nv" driver should start.

You are trying to run a Nvidia glx binary compiled for 4.0.2 of Xfree
You should nstall Nvidia drivers that are compatible with the new version of
Xfree.

Can you post or send me your XF86Config file? You'll find it in /etc/X11
