Hi Martin,

First test your X, like that:

        X -configure

Then change that new config...

I'have radeon, so it's ATI too :-)

P.S. There is something like DRI, and DRM for radeon, so you can check is
this for yours hardware to on http://dri.sf.net/
I use this on my PC :-)

i have buy an ati rage 128 because many site on the web say it's THE
linux compatible graphic card. No luck , my X server don't start.
And as i am not realy good with X i don't know what i can do.
I have found no answer in my debian Faq howto..
